The Hawaiian sea salt is the traditional salt from the Hawaiian islands, with a unique taste and bright color, and it is the most suitable seasoning for a variety of foods.

This sea salt is harvested from the Pacific waters, using traditional methods of solar evaporation, allowing the sea crystals to form and keeping the desired trace minerals intact. The Hawaiian salt is then enriched with volcanic clay called “alaea”, which gives it this amazing red color. The alaea clay also adds nutritional value by providing a source of easily digestible dietary trace minerals and iron.
